Ledcor Highway Maintenance is now hiring Line Paint Attenuator Drivers with strong leadership skills and a safety-first mindset to support our highway maintenance team in the greater Edmonton area.

We are looking for dedicated, team-oriented professionals to help maintain Alberta’s Provincial and Municipal highways. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Operate long-line white and yellow painting systems, mobile impact attenuators, and perform backfilling tasks as needed
  • Conduct and document quality control inspections during painting operations
  • Ensure all work meets specifications and safety standards
  • Assist in maintaining Alberta Provincial Highways for seasonal or year-round operations

Qualifications:

  • Experience with paint truck operations, loading procedures, and maintenance is an asset
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (Class 1 or 3 with air endorsement is an asset)
  • Clear 3-year driver’s abstract required
  • Knowledge of provincial and municipal highway maintenance specifications is an asset

Work Conditions:

  • Start date April 13th - Spring/Summer Seasonal work : April- October
  • 12 - 14 hrs/day
  • Travel, shift work, on-call availability, and night shifts required during operating months
  • Comprehensive role-specific training provided
  • Accommodations/Meal allowance/ LOA provided
  • Work locations span provincial and municipal highways across Alberta
  • Preference give to local candidates dur to the work locations
